We are looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to manage and strengthen the online presence of multiple B2B software brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation and lead generation, along with the ability to use contemporary AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, brand campaigns and product promotions.
- Create professional social media posts, marketing creatives, presentations and short videos.
- Maintain consistent branding and online presence across multiple software products.

SEO, Website & Lead Generation

- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO and website content optimization.
- Manage website blogs, landing pages and product-related content.
- Support Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Track website traffic, enquiries, demo requests and campaign performance.

Content Creation & AI Tools

- Create engaging content using Canva, ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools.
- Develop product-focused creatives, promotional videos and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends,



competitors and digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to support marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Performance

- Monitor social media engagement, website traffic and lead-generation performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement and business enquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, social media management and content creation.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT and basic video editing tools.
- Valuable English writing, communication and creative skills.
- Understanding of digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in B2B software, SaaS, IT services or technology marketing. Location Preference - Only candidates currently residing in Agra or nearby areas who can commute daily to our Agra office should apply.

This is strictly a work-from-office position.
