1. Assistant Manager – Design

- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Salary: Up to 12 LPA
- Age: Below 34 Years

Department: Design, Development & Construction Location: Mumbai – BKC

Reporting To: AVP – Design

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

- Work on mall design, renovation, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Review architectural layouts, interior designs and technical drawings.
- Prepare design concepts, 3D models and presentations.

2. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Review AutoCAD drawings, layouts and construction drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.

3. Project Coordination

- Track project timelines, design submissions and approvals.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Projects and Development teams.




- Support site teams in resolving design-related issues.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved designs and timelines.

4. Space Planning

- Review area statements and FSI calculations.
- Analyse space utilisation and improve project efficiency.

5. Reporting

- Prepare design reports and project updates.
- Create presentations for management reviews.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture).
- Experience in Design, Architecture or Project Coordination.
- Industry Preference: Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals or Facility Management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be aware of the latest architectural design trends and technologies.
