- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /BE Mechanical
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in engine emissions testing.
- Support PNG engine calibration and emission optimization activities.
- Conduct CPCB-IV PNG engine and US EPA-regulated engine emission testing and certification activities.
- Hands-on experience in engine emission test bench operation, engine installation, test setup and troubleshooting.
- Expert in emission test data analysis, validation, interpretation and technical report preparation.
- Ability to drive test bench efficiency improvement, test optimization and downtime reduction.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in engine emission test bench operation and emission testing procedures.
- Expertise in engine emission testing,PNG engine calibration,and emission optimization.
- Knowledge of emission measurement,data acquisition,validation, analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with emission testing software and tools such as AVL Puma-2,Horiba Stars and Iasys Orbit-E
- Engine Expertise, Solid base knowledge of off-highway engines and CRDI systems.
- Robust understanding of emission testing protocols, regulatory requirements safety standards.




- Working knowledge of NABL accreditation requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for testing laboratories.
- Strong root cause analysis trouble shooting skills related to test-bench instrumentation and emission testing issues.
- Expert in technical documentation, communication and coordination skills
