Summary /Purpose of the role

- To handle Subcontracting & Fasteners procuring for ongoing ATPD projects.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Worked with URJA Project as Expeditor with suppliers based in Goa, Hubli & Hosur locations.
2. Follow up with Pune based Non Ferrous as well as Sub Con Machining suppliers.
3. Actively working with Non Ferrous Casting suppliers and STA to get cost saving by proactively tracking the orders to ensure the correct pattern sizes to optimize weight and in turn reduce the parts cost.

Report preparation such as Sub Category wise and supplier wise Gross and Net weight analysis, monthly receipt quantity and tonnage analysis.
5. Give support to buyers to send NDA and drawings to suppliers.
6. Case to case follow up and communication with suppliers related to ESG

- Skills

- Positive knowledge of SAP(MM) and MS Excel,
- knowledge of foundry raw material
- Good communication and Negotiation skill.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant processes in areas.

- Good knowledge of processes at KOV Operations.
- Coordination with vendors for on time availability of material, Services
- Problem Resolving Skills
