Role Description

- Review customer contracts and agreements to ensure accurate revenue recognition as per US GAAP and ASC 606 guidelines.
- Analyze non-standard contract terms and identify their impact on revenue recognition.




- Review draft contracts and provide guidance on deal structuring.
- Provide guidance on revenue allocation for business transactions.
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment for new products and services.
- Review Professional Services engagements and ensure correct system setup.
- Oversee monthly revenue closing activities and related financial analysis.
- Review journal entries to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Coordinate with Finance and Professional Services teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
- Manage ad-hoc financial projects and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in Revenue Recognition within the Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
