Major responsibilities:
- Timely execution of Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining area.
- Analysis of MIS and initiate Process improvement.
- Timely preparation of process routings for recent material & aggregates
- Layout development for Lean mfg. multi-tasking and skill elimination.
- Marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant.
- Identify &
- Execution of Lean projects, waste elimination in existing process.
- Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service.
- Standard work instruction and process for all products.
- Selection of new equipment for required process.
