Position: Delphix Administrator / TDM Specialist

Location: Anywhere: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore (Hybrid mode)

Role Objective:

Responsible for end-to-end administration, operations, governance, and functional support of the Delphix platform, enabling secure, reliable, and efficient test data provisioning across application, development, and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the Delphix platform, ensuring availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
- Configure and manage source databases, dSources, VDBs, snapshots, refresh, rewind, and provisioning activities.
- Manage end-to-end test data refresh and provisioning for DEV, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance environments.
- Work with applications, QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirements and translate them into Delphix solutions.
- Lead the onboarding of new applications and databases, including technical assessment, source/target configuration, connectivity, masking, validation, and production readiness.
- Define and maintain data masking requirements to protect sensitive production data used in non-production environments.
- Coordinate with DBA, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Privacy, and application teams to resolve provisioning, connectivity, masking, and performance issues.
- Manage Delphix user access, roles, permissions, and security controls in accordance with enterprise policies.




- Automate recurring provisioning, refresh, and environment-management activities using Delphix APIs, scheduling, and workflow automation.
- Monitor platform health, job failures, capacity, storage utilization, VDB performance, operational alerts, and drive issues to resolution.
- Perform and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, maintenance, configuration changes, and capacity planning.
- Manage service requests and incidents through the enterprise service-management process, including prioritization, assignment, SLA tracking, escalation, and closure.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, service catalogs, onboarding checklists, refresh schedules, and support documentation.
- Enable self-service test data provisioning and refresh capabilities for authorized application and QA teams.
- Provide user training, functional support, troubleshooting, and guidance to application, development, and testing teams.
- Track and report key service KPIs, including provisioning/refresh cycle time, platform availability, storage utilization, masking coverage, SLA compliance, automation rate, and application adoption.
- Support the TDM governance and operating model, ensuring standardized processes, security controls, auditability, and consistent use of Delphix across programs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve automation, optimize infrastructure utilization, and accelerate test/release cycles.
