Core Technical Skills (Must Have)

· Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development:

Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers

Cursors, Collections, Exception Handling

Performance tuning and query optimization

Advanced SQL skills for complex joins, subqueries, and data analysis.

Experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c preferred).

FACETS Application Expertise (Must Have)

Hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS data model and schema.

Strong understanding of FACETS modules:

Claims (Professional, Institutional, Dental)

Membership & Enrollment

Experience developing and supporting FACETS batch jobs, extracts, and reports.

Knowledge of FACETS tables, workflows, and business rules.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge (Must Have)

Solid understanding of US Healthcare Payer operations.

Strong exposure to

Claims adjudication lifecycle

Eligibility & Enrollment (834)

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards.

EDI & Integration Skills (Good to Have)

Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI transactions:

Experience supporting FACETS inbound/outbound interfaces.

Exposure to EDI engines (Rhapsody, Mirth, or similar) is a plus.

Data & Reporting (Must have)

Experience creating custom extracts, data feeds, and reports from FACETS.

Ability to perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

Knowledge of reporting tools or downstream data warehouses is an advantage.

SDLC & Support (Must Have)

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Ability to

Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production issues

Perform defect analysis and resolution

Experience with production support, including incident and change management.

Tools & Environment (Must Have)

Proficiency with

SQL Developer / TOAD

Version control tools (Git, SVN)

Ticketing and tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)

Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
