Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse datasets, identify data quality issues and prepare data for modelling.

- Perform feature selection, preprocessing and exploratory data analysis.

- Develop, train, validate and evaluate machine learning models.

- Apply classification, regression and ensemble techniques.

- Perform hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation and model performance analysis.

- Integrate models into existing Python applications and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:

- Solid Python programming skills, including pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn.

- Practical knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

- Experience with logistic regression, decision trees, random forests and ensemble methods.

- Knowledge of feature selection, cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning and class imbalance handling.

- Familiarity with Excel / CSV datasets.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
