We are hiring for Customs Clearance / Operations G Card Holder

Location: Hyderabad

Salary - Based on the experience

EXP- MIN 3-5 YEARS

- Experienced in handling end-to-end Import and Export Customs Clearance operations.
- Skilled in coordinating with Customs Officers, Appraisers, Superintendents, and other customs authorities for shipment clearance.
- Proficient in BOE (Bill of Entry) and Shipping Bill filing, assessment, examination, customs queries, and Out of Charge (OOC) procedures.
- Experienced in verifying import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, and other supporting documents.
- Positive knowledge of ICEGATE, EDI systems, e-Sanchit, and online customs procedures.
- Handles customs documentation and compliance, including AD Code, IEC, GST, COO, and applicable licenses.
- Coordinates with clients, airlines, shipping lines, CFS, ICDs, terminals, and transporters for timely cargo clearance and delivery.
- Monitors shipment clearance status, pending BOEs, Shipping Bills, examination reports,



and customs queries.
- Experienced in resolving documentation discrepancies, customs-related issues, and operational delays while minimising detention and demurrage.
- Maintains daily clearance reports, operational MIS, customs records, and documentation for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensures compliance with Customs Act, Customs Broker Licensing Regulations, and company procedures.
- Holds a valid Customs G-Card and is authorised to perform customs-related activities within the scope of G-Card authorisation.
