- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding credit card accounts, transactions, billing, and rewards programs.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes related to credit card usage, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with credit card applications, approvals, and activation processes while verifying necessary documentation.
- Educate customers on credit card features, benefits, fees, and terms to promote informed usage and product adoption.




- Collaborate with internal teams such as fraud prevention, collections, and technical support to address complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activities on credit card accounts to the appropriate departments.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and current credit card products to provide current and relevant information to customers.
- Ensure adherence to AU Small Finance Bank Limited’s policies, procedures, and service level agreements in all customer interactions.
