We are hiring Customer Service Executives to assist customers with service-related inquiries. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests.
- Provide information related to products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and service quality.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience required.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Graduates only.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- B2 communication level required.
- No grammatical mistakes and minimal mother tongue influence.
- Basic customer service knowledge.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working with Sunday fixed week-off.
- 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- No cab facility.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
