We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to US customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products or services, and converting potential leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to customers in the US.

- Communicate effectively and professionally in English.

- Understand customer requirements and explain products or services.

- Handle customer objections and convince potential customers.

- Follow sales scripts and achieve assigned targets.

- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.

- Consistently work towards improving sales performance and conversions.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Prior experience in US outbound sales or international BPO will be an advantage.
