Back2Study primarily works with British and European students, helping them secure admissions and explore available UK government funding options for higher education courses. We are now expanding our operations in India to help Indian students pursue their career aspirations abroad.

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective leads based in the UK to introduce Back2Study's services and book free online counselling sessions with our counsellors.
- Explain available education opportunities, free courses and government funding options.
- Ask basic qualifying questions to understand students' profiles and check their eligibility for available courses.
- Answer basic queries and encourage interested students to register for free counselling sessions.
- Follow up with interested leads and previously contacted prospects.
- Manage and update the online database after every communication.
- Generate referrals and additional leads to earn performance-based incentives.
No Cold Calling
Requirements
- Very good English communication and convincing skills.
- Friendly personality with the ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
- Flexibility to work in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in tele-calling, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Target-oriented with an interest in sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate.
Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
