Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist with strong expertise in Siemens NX and Solid Edge, along with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The candidate will act as a technical advisor, helping customers bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing operations by optimizing engineering workflows and connecting digital designs to shop-floor execution.

Key Skills Required

•2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Solid Edge. •Strong knowledge of 3D parametric modelling and CAD design methodologies. •Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. •Knowledge of downstream manufacturing processes such as CAM, CNC programming, tooling, and sheet metal fabrication. •Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop-floor operations. •Experience in CAD-to-MES integration and digital thread implementation. •Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing workflow optimization. •Experience in software deployment, onboarding, configuration, and implementation. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to interact effectively with engineering teams, shop-floor operators, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a technical advisor to customers for Siemens NX and Solid Edge solutions.



•Help customers streamline engineering workflows from 3D modelling and design through manufacturing execution. •Support the integration of CAD solutions with MES platforms to improve manufacturing visibility and shop-floor operations. •Guide engineering and production teams through software onboarding, deployment, and adoption. •Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. •Support digital thread integration between engineering design and manufacturing processes. •Conduct customer discussions, technical demonstrations, and solution presentations. •Map software capabilities to customer business objectives, production timelines, and operational requirements. •Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization. •Collaborate with internal technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. •Provide technical support and guidance throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile •Strong combination of CAD engineering knowledge and manufacturing process understanding.
