We are looking for Customer Care Executives to handle customer inquiries related to food delivery services. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries.
- Assist customers with order-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow quality standards and customer service guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Good English communication skills.
- B2 communication level required.
- No grammatical mistakes and minimal mother tongue influence.
- Basic customer service knowledge.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
- Night shifts for both male and female candidates.
- Night allowance as per logout timing.
- No cab facility.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
