Role Summary The CUE Executive executes communication campaigns and content centrally, keeps the unified events calendar current, and works closely with respective teams (e.g.
Parent
Relationship, Student Relationship) when those teams execute their own communication supplying tone and template standards, and pulling in the information needed to keep the calendar and central view accurate. Executives work interchangeably off a shared queue rather than owning a fixed zone or campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & content execution execute communication campaigns and content across channels digital,
print, and physical/on-campus (screens, standees, kiosks) for communication CUE runs centrally
- Department coordination liaise with respective teams (e.g.
Parent
Relationship, Student Relationship) when
they execute their own communication — sharing CUE's tone and template standards, and reviewing output for consistency
- Stakeholder mapping & reach checks — for every program or event, confirm the right stakeholder lists
(students, parents, faculty, etc.) are covered before communication goes out, so nobody who should know is missed
- Channel upkeep — help maintain the systemized flow for each channel — email, WhatsApp, social media, and
others — flagging gaps or misuse for the CUE Head to fix
- Calendar maintenance — collect updates from academic,
co-curricular, and extracurricular functions —
including communication executed by other teams — and keep the unified events calendar accurate and current
- Channel operations — manage day-to-day delivery on assigned channels, picking up work from the shared queue
rather than a fixed territory
- Reporting — report delivery status, campaign performance, standards compliance from team-executed
communication, and calendar updates to the CUE Head
Who We're Looking For
- Robust written & visual communication — can produce clear, on-brand content across formats — text, visual,
and on-ground signage
- Comfortable coordinating, not just executing — can work with other teams' communication without owning it
outright — reviewing, guiding, and course-correcting rather than writing everything themselves
- Comfortable chasing inputs — proactive about pulling calendar and content inputs from other functions rather
than waiting for them to be sent in
- Organised and deadline-driven — can manage multiple concurrent campaigns and calendar updates without
things slipping
- Generalist, not specialist — comfortable working across channels and picking up whatever's in the shared queue,
rather than owning one channel exclusively
