Participants can easily discover relevant trekking groups, workshops, business clubs, and social communities, book in one tap via familiar channels, and receive confirmations and updates directly on WhatsApp without joining new groups.

The platform emphasizes data privacy, ensuring phone numbers and personal information are never shared, and is already trusted by run clubs, farms, board game organizers, cultural clubs, and professional communities. Role Description As CTO and Co Founder with Investment & Hunger at FlocknGo, you will lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our community-first platform while actively shaping product direction and long-term strategy. In this internship hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, you will split time between on-site collaboration with the founding team and remote work, designing and implementing scalable software solutions that support organizers and members. Day-to-day,



you will oversee end-to-end software development, guide product and feature prioritization, manage technical projects and timelines, and ensure that our infrastructure and architecture can grow with the business.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to translate user feedback into robust functionality, maintain high standards of security and data privacy, and experiment with new technologies to enhance performance and user experience. As a co-founder with an investment mindset, you will contribute to fundraising discussions, resource planning, and growth decisions, demonstrating strong ownership, resilience, and hunger to build and scale a category-defining platform.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development, with experience building and maintaining web or mobile applications.
- Ability to drive Product Development, including feature scoping, prioritization, and iterative releases aligned with user needs.
- Experience in IT Strategy and technical Architecture, covering scalability, security, data privacy, and system reliability.
- Proficiency in Project Management, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration in a startup workplace.
- Background in modern tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/React Native, or similar), databases, and cloud platforms.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with the ability to collaborate in person and work independently from home.
