CRM Executive (Google Sheets + AI-Driven Workflows)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive with a strong command of spreadsheets and a passion for improving operational efficiency. In this role, Google Sheets will be your primary workspace, while AI tools will help you streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity. You will be responsible for managing order data, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying smarter, more productive ways to manage day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

- Own our daily order records and operational data in Google Sheets and Excel, using formulas, filters, pivot tables, and lookups to keep everything accurate and up to date
- Maintain and update trackers
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to automate repetitive work, clean and organise data, draft updates, and speed up analysis
- Analyse data to spot gaps, discrepancies, and process issues, and flag them early
- Build and improve workflows, trackers, and operational systems, including smarter Sheets-based and AI-assisted processes
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and tracking sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams on order status, updates,



and pending tasks

What We’re Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM, order management, operations, or data management or similar field
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables) and comfort with MS Excel
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT,Claude or similar platforms, and genuine curiosity about using them at work
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Good communication and coordination skills
- A quick learner who picks up new tools and systems fast
