Crewing Manager – Offshore Maritime

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Crewing Manager with mandatory Offshore Maritime experience to manage end-to-end crewing operations for company-managed vessels. The role involves crew planning, recruitment, deployment, retention, payroll, budget management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure vessels are adequately manned with qualified and competent crew.
- Manage crew recruitment, selection, planning, rotation, deployment and retention.
- Coordinate with vessel Masters, Operations and Technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with IMO, Flag State regulations, ISM and ISO requirements.
- Manage crew payroll, wage structures, budgets and cost control.
- Coordinate with manning agencies, seafarer unions, P&I; Clubs and other service providers.
- Conduct and coordinate internal and external crewing audits.
- Monitor crew performance, disciplinary matters and crew welfare.
- Prepare crewing MIS, management reports and KPI dashboards.




- Drive process improvements through crewing software and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with Finance for agency invoices, crew disbursements and billing discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant experience in Offshore Maritime / Offshore Vessel Crewing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of crew planning, rotation and vessel manning.
- Understanding of IMO, Flag State, ISM and ISO requirements.
- Experience in crewing budgets, payroll and cost management.
- Solid vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
