Role Description The Credit Manager will oversee credit policies and processes to ensure healthy receivables and minimize financial risk for The Sandesh Limited. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, setting and reviewing credit limits, and monitoring outstanding balances. The role includes analyzing financial data, preparing credit risk reports, and collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve payment issues and enforce credit terms.

The Credit

Manager will manage collections strategies, approve or decline credit applications within defined authority,



and recommend process improvements to strengthen overall credit control. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Solid credit management capabilities, including Credit Management and Credit skills for overseeing credit policies and receivables.
- Expertise in Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills to assess customer profiles, evaluate financial information, and identify potential risks.
- Solid grounding in Finance to understand financial statements, cash flows, and the impact of credit decisions on business performance.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) for reporting, analysis, and database management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in credit control or credit risk roles, preferably within media, advertising, or related industries, is beneficial.
