About Redial Clinic

Redial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic in Green Park, New Delhi. We treat type 2 diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, PCOS, obesity and dyslipidemia at the root cause. Our patients are across India, and we treat them remotely through our team of doctors, nutritionists and trainers.

Patients find us through Meta ads and short-form video, much of it featuring our founder, Dr. Gagandeep Singh (@drgaganreversal). We are hiring one person to own the creative thinking behind both.

About the Role

This is a strategy role first. You will decide what we say, who we say it to, and why it should work, before anything gets made. Then you will help make it.

What You Will Do

Strategy

- Plan creative strategy for Meta ad campaigns: angles, hooks, audience awareness stages, and testing roadmaps
- Build a monthly content calendar for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms
- Study competitors, trends, patient objections, and comment sections to find current angles
- Write creative briefs that the editing and design team can execute without guesswork

Content Creation

- Write scripts and hooks for ads and reels, including talking-head scripts for Dr. Singh
- Direct shoots with Dr. Singh, patients, and the clinical team: shot lists, framing, delivery notes
- Do basic editing yourself (cuts, captions, b-roll, text overlays) for fast-turnaround content
- Create static ad and carousel concepts and give design direction

Analysis and Iteration

- Track creative performance in Meta Ads Manager: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPL,



cost per consultation
- Find out why winning creatives win, then build more variations on them
- Kill weak creatives quickly and report what you learned every week

What You Must Have

- 5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing creative, or content strategy
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta ads. You can show campaigns you planned, and their results.
- Strong short-form video skills: scripting, hook writing, pacing, and retention
- Working editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar
- Ability to explain medical or technical ideas in simple, accurate language
- Fluency in English and Hindi (our audience thinks and comments in both)
- A portfolio of real work: ads, reels, scripts, and the numbers behind them

Strongly Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or doctor-led brands
- Experience working with a founder or doctor as the face of the brand
- Understanding of compliance and claims sensitivity in health advertising
