Role Description

We are seeking a Creative Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and executing innovative designs for both digital and print mediums. Daily tasks include creating static assets & editing videos for social media (we aim for about 15 monthly posts), collaborating with travel designers on designing itineraries, being the custodian of the company brand book, and incorporating design best practices to communicate ideas effectively.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of design experience, comes with a can-do, solutions-oriented attitude, has a keen eye for luxury marketing, can make video content, and can proactively contribute to enhancing the Panache experience through visually compelling design solutions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with Canva
- Proficiency in video editing
- Experience in illustrations, digital design, including web design (wireframing), social media content creation (including video and photography), and user experience (UX) design.
- Understanding of branding principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail




- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage your time to meet deadlines
- Experience or interest in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a plus

Salary range

40,000 to 70,000 INR per month depending on your experience.

Hiring process To be thorough with this hire, we will conduct a first round interview (via Google Meets). Selected candidates will be invited to our office for a 3-4 hour case day where they will sit with our Marketing Team to complete a ‘case’ (design-related assignment). At the end of the day, you will be interviewed by our founders. We are hoping to fill this vacancy by the last week of December 2026.
