About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Consultant for a retail jewellery showroom in Electronic City, Bangalore. Candidates must have prior experience in jewellery sales and a good understanding of jewellery products, customer handling, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive showroom revenue.
- Explain jewellery designs, product specifications, pricing, purity, and making charges.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and convert walk-in enquiries into sales.
- Maintain showroom presentation and jewellery display standards.




- Support stock management and inventory verification.

Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Jewellery Sales.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a jewellery showroom.
- Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust customer-handling and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Candidates from jewellery retail backgrounds will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Note: Only candidates with relevant jewellery sales experience are eligible. Freshers and candidates with general retail sales experience will not be considered.
