Bachelors Program Civil Engineering
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and support in providing cost for annual business planning to ensure effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle. (Right from P0-inception to R0, R1….. etc.)
- Conduct quantity and cost analysis for every item of work, benchmark project costs within company and industry, and evaluate design changes and value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets, analyse cost variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial performance.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, final cost reports, and present budget performance and financial insights to management.
- Support procurement and contract management through cost evaluations/rate analysis, monitoring contract variations, claims, change orders
- Effective utilization of SAP, Excel, and cost management tools.
