WE'RE HIRING | CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

Location: Ecity, Bangalore

We're looking for a driven, sharp and highly persuasive Corporate Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead business development across franchising, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who knows how to build relationships, initiate conversations, negotiate confidently and, most importantly, close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential franchise partners, investors and high-value business prospects.

Drive franchise sales and investment lead conversions.

Make outbound calls, conduct follow-ups and consistently build a strong sales pipeline.

Schedule and lead strategic client meetings and business presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors and business partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and take opportunities from initial conversations to successful closures.





Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure no potential business chance falls through the cracks.

Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.

A confident, well-groomed and professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Someone proactive, persistent and extremely comfortable approaching and engaging senior decision-makers.

Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to convert conversations into business.

Prior experience in corporate sales, franchise sales, investments, real estate or B2B business development is preferred.
