Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers will be responsible for overseeing volunteer activities and ensuring an engaging, impactful experience for all volunteers in AccioJob’s Pune City skill center. This full-time in office role includes recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to support classroom operations, events, and community outreach initiatives. The coordinator will organize and deliver volunteer training, provide ongoing guidance,



and serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer-related queries.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve tracking volunteer participation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with program needs, and supporting community engagement programs that promote AccioJob’s mission. The role also involves monitoring feedback, refining volunteer processes, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment for students and volunteers.

Qualifications

- Strong volunteer management skills, including experience in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with diverse volunteers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Community Outreach or community programs, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive environment and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms).
- Prior experience in education, non-profit, training, or youth-focused programs is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
