Job Summary The Program Specialist - Stakeholder Relations will lead stakeholder engagement and partnership-building to strengthen Jagori Rural Charitable Trust s community development initiatives across Kangra and Chamba districts. The position requires excellent communication and networking skills, experience in government liaison and community development, proficiency in English and Hindi, and a robust commitment to gender equality, inclusive development, and extensive field travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership-building to strengthen Jagori Rural Charitable Trust s community development initiatives across Kangra and Chamba districts.
- Build relationships with government departments, Panchayati Raj Institutions, community-based organizations, and civil society partners.
- Facilitate collaboration among partners.
- Represent JRCT in external forums.
- Support policy engagement.
- Contribute to documentation and public outreach.
