Job Title: Cook / Sabji Maker

Location: Kharkhoda

Workforce: 100 Employees

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook different types of sabji (vegetable dishes) for approximately 100 employees.
- Purchase fresh vegetables and other required grocery items from the market.
- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables for daily cooking.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage daily vegetable requirements and avoid food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.

Required Skills
- Experience in bulk cooking for 100 or more people.
- Positive knowledge of Indian vegetables and sabji preparation.
- Ability to purchase vegetables and manage market shopping.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
