THE OPPORTUNITY

HBHR is seeking an accomplished business leader for a leading automotive client to establish and scale a Greenfield Automotive PCB Manufacturing Business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead end-to-end PCB greenfield plant setup — from business strategy, CAPEX planning and technology selection to commissioning and commercial operations.

✅ Establish advanced PCB manufacturing capabilities, including multilayer,



HDI and high-reliability automotive PCBs.

✅ Drive plant infrastructure, equipment sourcing, vendor partnerships and statutory approvals.

✅ Lead automotive OEM/Tier-1 customer qualification, IATF 16949 readiness, PPAP and SOP.

✅ Build a high-performing organisation with complete P&L; accountability.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

? 20–25 years of PCB manufacturing and leadership experience.

? Proven experience establishing and commissioning a GREENFIELD PCB FABRICATION PLANT IS A MUST.

? Robust expertise in PCB manufacturing technology, CAPEX execution, automotive quality systems and business operations.

? Experience restricted to PCBA/SMT assembly will not qualify.

This is a business-building leadership mandate, not a conventional Plant Head role.
