We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Content Moderation Executive in Gurgaon.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring and moderating online content across digital platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines and content standards.
Role & responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content, including images, videos, comments and posts.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive or policy-violating content.
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Take appropriate action on reported or flagged content.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while handling daily tasks.
- Meet productivity, quality and turnaround time targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred/required.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong observation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive or user-generated online content.
