Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive gynecological consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and obstetric interventions.
- Lead prenatal, postnatal, and fertility counseling sessions, ensuring continuity of care across patient lifecycle.
- Coordinate with oncology, endocrinology, and radiology teams for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Adhere to NABH and national clinical guidelines, maintaining documentation and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct community outreach and awareness programs on women’s health, cervical cancer screening, and reproductive rights.
- Mentor junior residents and trainees in clinical protocols, patient communication, and ethical decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DCP in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid MCI/NMC registration
- ACLS certification
- Proficiency in laparoscopic and operative gynecology
- Experience in high-volume outpatient and delivery settings
- Knowledge of NABH standards and EMR systems
- Preferred
- Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology or Gynecologic Oncology
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery
- Public health or community health training
