Position: Consultant - Warehousing Solution Design - Global functions. Location: Mumbai, India. Contract Type: Full time - Permanent.
We are looking for a highly skilled solution consultant to join our global team and drive innovation in supply chain analytics. This role involves administrating solution design plans and processes to support the business growth and retention agenda; delivering cost benefit to the business and customers through design and execution of solutions in line with overall business strategy, product development, industry and market needs, group guidelines and policies. Job outputs include creation of designs (layouts, flows, equipment list, digitalization, automation) while supporting the implementation teams where/when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead /Support Global Solution Design project.
- Client (internal) stakeholder management.
- Manage/Support Projects related to Supply Chain Business Analysis in area of Solutions for Global Customer.
- Setup defined Facility Solutions based on Customer data Profile.
- Design and evaluate multiple Supply Chain Scenarios Solutions specific to Customer Requirement.
- Project quality in area of Facility solution design. Solution design.
- Verification of Facility data profile.
- Data Analysis and representation.
- Effective visualization development.
- Client Management cross culture adaptation.
Requirements
- Key Skills: Complete E2E solution.
- 3D Layouts.
- Simulation.
- Data Analysis.
- Automation and Digitization based Solutions.
- Warehouse Slotting Capabilities.
- Process flow mapping.
- Cost and Space Modelling.
- Any other Facility Design tasks.
- Data Analytics Delivery in Facility.
- Knowledge of Facility Operations/Design is desirable.
- Exposure to design tools in warehouse.
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of BI Tools like Tableau would be an added advantage.
- Able to design develop Warehouse Solution independently.
