Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Conference Lead to plan, develop, and execute industry-

focused conferences alongside our B2B exhibitions. The role requires strong research capabilities, industry networking, speaker acquisition, and end-to-end conference management.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop conference themes, agendas, and session topics aligned with industry trends.

● Identify, approach, and onboard industry experts,



government representatives,

policymakers, and corporate leaders as speakers.

● Build relationships with industry associations, government bodies, and knowledge partners.

● Coordinate with speakers, moderators, sponsors, and delegates.

● Manage speaker communication, confirmations, and conference schedules.

● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote conferences and drive delegate participation.

● Coordinate with operations for smooth onsite conference execution.

● Maintain a database of speakers, industry experts, and potential delegates.

● Support the development of conference sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 5–8 years of experience in B2B conferences, industry events, or conference production.

● Strong research, communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

● Experience in developing conference agendas and engaging senior-level speakers.

● Ability to independently manage multiple conferences.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
