Job Title: Compliance & Regulatory Executive / Manager

Key Skills &

Experience Required

- Strong knowledge of statutory licences, regulatory requirements and business compliances applicable across various industries.
- Hands-on experience in obtaining and managing licences, registrations, renewals, amendments and statutory approvals.
- Experience coordinating with multiple Government Departments, including Municipal Corporations, Food Safety, Electrical, Fire, Legal Metrology, Pollution Control Board, Drug Control and other regulatory authorities.
- Good understanding of applicable laws, rules and regulations across different states in India.
- Experience in handling government notices, summons, litigation, closure notices and regulatory disputes,



including resolution through effective coordination with authorities.
- Experience in managing and leading large teams of 20+ members.
- Strong understanding of government procedures, statutory approval processes and procurement-related activities.
- Excellent research skills to identify industry-specific licences, regulatory requirements and approval procedures.
- Solid drafting, documentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants and government authorities.
- Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an added advantage.
