Through our educational programs, internship initiatives, hackathons, and student engagement activities, CME aims to connect learners with meaningful opportunities and practical learning experiences.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Community Leader to build, manage, and expand the CME student community.

The selected candidate will lead community engagement initiatives, establish connections with colleges, schools, student organizations, and educational communities across India, and ensure effective communication between students and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage student communities across colleges, universities, and schools.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with student representatives, campus ambassadors, and educational organizations.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline educational events, workshops, seminars, and community activities.
4. Promote CME's academic programs,



internship opportunities, hackathons, and other educational initiatives.
5. Identify and onboard potential community volunteers and student coordinators.
6. Monitor community engagement, feedback, and participation.
7. Coordinate with the operational, academic, internship, and marketing teams.
8. Develop strategies to expand CME's community presence across India.
9. Resolve community-related concerns and maintain a qualified and inclusive environment.
10. Prepare regular community growth reports and submit progress updates to the management.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in student community management, event coordination, or campus activities is preferred.
- Strong networking and team-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate distributed teams.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and online community management.
- Good organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education, student development, and community building.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
