We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative professional with a background in Medical Billing, Healthcare Operations, or US Healthcare Business Development.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a good understanding of the US healthcare industry, and experience communicating with US-based clients, medical practices, or healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with US-based healthcare providers and medical practices through outbound calls.
- Identify potential clients and introduce our medical billing and revenue cycle management services.
- Handle initial client conversations, understand their requirements, and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate the client onboarding process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with US healthcare providers.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory prior work experience in Medical Billing, US Healthcare, or Healthcare Operations.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Experience handling outbound calls to US clients or healthcare providers is highly preferred.
- Candidates with previous Business Development experience, particularly in acquiring new clients and onboarding healthcare practices, will receive preference.




- Good understanding of US healthcare terminology and medical billing workflows.
- Confident, professional, and capable of independently handling client conversations.

Salary & Benefits
