throughput Big Data analytics platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes capable of aggregating terabyte/petabyte-scale data from heterogeneous government databases.
•ETL/ELT Transformation & Data Quality: Define enterprise data integration strategies, automated ETL/ELT pipelines, data cleansing protocols, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) systems to ensure high fidelity, timeliness, and veracity of public data.
•Executive BI Dashboards & Decision Intelligence: Direct the design and rollout of national and state-level
KPI dashboards,
interactive visual analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset), and automated MIS reports for Secretaries, Ministers, and District Collectors.
•Business Development & Client Expansion: Lead business development initiatives to identify analytics and reporting requirements across central line ministries, departments, and state governments. Build compelling dashboard prototypes, pitch NeGD's analytics capability, draft project proposals, and secure project sanctions.
•Data Governance & Interoperability Standards: Establish data governance protocols, data lineage tracking,
standardized taxonomy, and secure data-sharing frameworks (compliant with National Data Sharing and
Accessibility Policy - NDSAP and DPDP provisions).
•Procurement Toolkit for Analytics & BI: Formulate Model RFPs, Scope of Work (SoW), and SLA metrics for procuring Big Data platforms, BI tooling licenses, analytics consulting services, and data engineering managed services.
•Capacity Building & Data-Driven Culture: Conduct sensitization workshops, training bootcamps, and analytics clinics for government decision-makers and SeMT consultants to foster an institutional culture of data-
backed policymaking.
•Technical Appraisal & Advisory: Review and appraise DPRs and proposals concerning data warehousing,
reporting tools, and predictive analytics platforms submitted to NeGD/MeitY.
Eligibility Criteria
•Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative disciplines.
•Total Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years of skilled experience in data engineering, data warehousing,
BI development, and enterprise data analytics.
