About WTF

WTF Gyms runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram), plus ~200 partner gyms under WTF Powered - ~270 gyms and 85,000+ members on one operating system (member app, trainer app, CRM, AI). We are scaling rapid and need operators who already run gyms by the numbers.

Only for people who run gyms today or did within the last year. Not for single-gym sales executives or corporate wellness roles.

What you own

- The full P&L; of a cluster of 5-8 WTF gyms: membership sales, PT revenue, renewals, costs, EBITDA.
- Daily numbers by gym - leads, walk-ins, conversion, PT attach, renewals, collections, attendance - and fixing the gym that is behind the same day.

- Lead 5-8 gym managers and their teams (sales, trainers, front desk, housekeeping): hiring, training,



audits, incentives.
- Member experience, hygiene, safety and equipment uptime across every gym in the cluster.

Who fits

- 6-11 years in gyms, with 2+ years owning the P&L; of 5 or more gyms (cluster / area / city manager) at a chain such as Cult, Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, Snap Fitness, Pro Ultimate, Fitness First, Talwalkars or similar.

- Has worked in the gym industry within the last 12 months.
- Numbers-first, on the floor every day, two-wheeler or car for gym visits.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 12-18 LPA fixed + up to 5 LPA on cluster P&L; targets.
