Role Description The Cluster Manager for Salons is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Naturals salons within the assigned cluster. This role includes monitoring daily salon activities, ensuring consistent service quality, implementing brand standards, and driving revenue and profitability across locations.

The Cluster

Manager will guide salon managers on staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, while supporting training and development of beauty and hair care professionals.



They will handle customer escalations, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. The role also involves hiring and onboarding key salon staff, analyzing performance data, and recommending improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in cosmetology and hair.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and coordinate with salon managers and staff.
- Experience in hiring, staffing, and basic HR practices to build and retain high-performing salon teams.
- Background in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality operations, with proven ability to manage multiple outlets or a multi-location portfolio.
- Skills in people management, leadership, and performance coaching, with the ability to motivate teams and maintain high service standards.
- Ability to analyze sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics, and take data-driven decisions to improve cluster performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to travel between salons within the Coimbatore cluster as needed.
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or salon management is preferred; a degree in business, hospitality, or related fields is an added advantage.
