Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-energy, client-facing Technical Product Owner to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge Agentic AI and enterprise multi-agent platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between enterprise client leadership and cross-functional engineering teams, turning complex business workflows into high-impact, AI-driven digital platforms.

Drawing from successful enterprise deployments for Oil &

- Gas giant - you will lead Daily, Weekly, Monthly Status Report (WSR) governance, facilitate interactive design sprint workshops, author detailed technical specification documents, and manage multi-agent architectures deployed across sovereign cloud environments, must be ready to visit client location for crucial business meetings and project phases onsite in Saudi Arabia in 2027.

Key Responsibilities :

High-Energy Client Communication &

- Stakeholder Alignment :
- Drive Client Governance &
- Cadence : Lead bi-weekly client meetings and Weekly Status Report (WSR) sessions with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and steering committees.
- Design Workshops &
- Prototyping : Facilitate high-engagement Product Design Sprint workshops, presenting low- and high-fidelity mobile/web wireframes to align on product vision and UI/UX flows.
- Expectation &
- Scope Management : Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, maintaining active open-item trackers, milestone sign-off sheets,



and requirement specification reviews.
- Executive Metrics &
- Value Reporting : Synthesize post-event operational telemetry and KPI reports (e.g., usage metrics, unique vendor assessments, completion velocity) for client leadership during flagship events.

Technical Product Management &

- Agentic AI Vision :
- Multi-Agent Systems Orchestration : Define roles, tool sets, and interaction protocols for AI agents (e.g., Interviewer/Digital Human Avatars, Front Desk Agents, Background Analysts, Compliance &
- Procurement Evaluators).
- GenAI &
- Model Strategy : Lead the functional integration of Large Language Models (e.g., Gemma, Gemini) and avatar generation tools (e.g., HeyGen, LiveAvatar, or internal on-premise avatar services).
- Workflow Automation &
- Document Intelligence : Productize intelligent automation features, including resume/CV parsing, automated Statement of Work (SOW) generation, Technical Evaluations, and automated procurement/compliance triggers.
- Space &
- Multi-Tenancy Customization : Design configurable departmental workspaces ("Spaces") featuring "Chat with Spaces", customized questionnaire engines, and agile reporting.

Sprint Delivery &

- Agile Execution :
- Backlog Management &
- Roadmapping : Deconstruct high-level enterprise contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) milestones into prioritized MVP product backlogs and sprint goals.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration : Partner daily with UI/UX designers,



frontend engineers (React/Angular), backend microservices developers (Node.js/Python), and AI Data Scientists.
- UAT &
- Release Governance : Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with cross-functional client teams (HR, Procurement, IT, Compliance), ensuring strict adherence to release timelines.

Enterprise Architecture &

- Security Governance :
- Cloud Infrastructure Alignment : Oversee platform deployment on cloud environments (e.g., GCP Landing Zone / Public Google Cloud) using Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build), and serverless hosting.
- Security &
- Authentication : Ensure strict compliance with enterprise cybersecurity guidelines, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and SSO/OAuth/LEAP ID gating mechanisms.
- System Integration : Plan RESTful API and event-driven integrations with enterprise backends such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and autonomous procurement systems.

Required Qualifications &

Competencies :

- Technical Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Domain Expertise : 4 years of hands-on technical product management experience with AI/ML systems, generative AI applications, microservices, and GCP cloud environments.
- Client Engagement Mastery : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to project high energy, enthusiasm, and confidence when running executive meetings and WSRs.
- Agile Leadership : Demonstrated success using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver enterprise-grade software products.
- Documentation Excellence : Proven ability to author comprehensive Requirement Specifications, Wireframe Specifications, WSR summaries, and Architecture Overviews.
