Job Summary

Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners is looking for a qualified and RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based interventions and supporting children with developmental, behavioural, emotional and learning-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand children's cognitive, emotional, behavioural and developmental needs.
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and individualised intervention plans.
- Provide appropriate psychological interventions and therapy based on individual requirements.
- Support children with developmental, behavioural, emotional and adjustment-related difficulties.
- Conduct parent counselling and provide guidance on home-based support strategies.
- Collaborate with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and other professionals.
- Monitor progress, evaluate intervention outcomes and modify plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, assessment reports and progress documentation.
- Follow professional ethics,



confidentiality and child safeguarding practices.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognised institution.
- Valid RCI registration / CRR registration as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioural needs, will be preferred.
- Solid clinical assessment, documentation and counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
