Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Company: Madha Medical College & Research Institute

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, ensure secure and effective medication use, and support healthcare professionals in optimizing patient treatment outcomes. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions, monitoring drug therapy, and ensuring compliance with hospital pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions
- Provide medication-related information and guidance to doctors and nursing staff
- Ensure safe and effective medication usage
- Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and report medication errors
- Participate in clinical rounds and provide pharmaceutical care
- Counsel patients regarding medication usage, dosage, and side effects
- Maintain proper documentation of clinical pharmacy activities




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medication safety standards
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
- Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and clinical pharmacy practices
- Good communication and patient counseling skills

Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- 0–3 years of experience preferred

Salary:
- Best in Industry (based on experience and qualification)
