We are looking for experienced Civil Engineering professionals to join our Projects team for upcoming Greenfield and Brownfield Steel Plant Projects.

The selected candidates will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, supervision and monitoring of civil, structural and infrastructure development works associated with steel plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and execute civil, structural and infrastructure works for steel plant projects.
- Supervise site development activities, including land grading, excavation, backfilling, piling and foundation works.
- Handle RCC structures, raft foundations, heavy equipment foundations, industrial buildings, administrative buildings and control rooms.
- Oversee construction of roads, drains, pipe racks, cable trenches, underground utilities, water reservoirs, retaining walls and boundary walls.
- Coordinate structural steel fabrication and erection activities.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, structural designs, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Design, Procurement, Quality and Planning teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower, construction materials and site resources.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, quality standards, cost and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and approved engineering specifications.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, quantity variations and work completion.




- Identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery.

Role-Specific Expectations 1. Civil Head

- Lead the overall civil engineering function for the steel plant project.
- Drive project planning, engineering coordination, execution strategy and resource allocation.
- Manage contractors, budgets, quality, safety and project schedules.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure timely completion of civil and infrastructure works.

2. Senior Civil Engineer

- Independently manage civil construction packages and site execution activities.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site engineering teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, contractor bills and construction quality.
- Coordinate with other engineering departments to resolve execution challenges.

3. Civil Engineer

- Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor excavation, foundations, RCC works, structural works and infrastructure development.
- Maintain site progress reports, measurements, quality records and contractor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for suitable candidates at relevant levels.
