We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction, maintenance, and repair activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, ensuring quality standards, managing labour, and completing projects within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
2. Monitor site work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
3. Manage contractors, labourers, and construction workers.
4. Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
6. Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and other departments.
7. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
8. Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.
9. Identify and resolve site-related issues and technical problems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
11. Supervise activities related to plastering, flooring, painting, masonry, plumbing, and other civil works.
12. Conduct regular site inspections and report maintenance requirements.

Qualification & Exp:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and maintenance.
- Experience in handling contractors and supervising site activities.
- Knowledge of civil construction and maintenance work.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Site supervision and workforce management.
- Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
