- Supervise day-to-day building repair and rehabilitation work at site.
- Monitor and record the work being carried out by contractors.
- Maintain daily records of the number of labourers present at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that activities are completed as per the scheduled timeline.
- Check the quality of materials used and the workmanship at the site.
- Ensure that proper safety measures are followed by workers.
- Check contractor bills and verify the work completed at the site.
- Take regular site photographs and share them with the office for documentation and records.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the reporting manager.

Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

1–3 years of experience in building construction or repair work.

Basic knowledge of building repair and construction materials.

Positive observation, communication and reporting skills.

Ability to maintain site records and coordinate with contractors and labourers.

Willingness to travel to different project sites (in Mumbai Only)

Office Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Near Bangur Nagar Metro Station)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
