Responsibilities

Building

Maintenance

- Monitor and maintain the hotel’s structure (walls, ceilings, flooring, roofing, etc.)

2. Project & Renovation Work

- Plan and supervise renovation, refurbishment, and expansion projects

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil works

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

3.

Preventive

Maintenance

- Schedule regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house

- Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid major repairs

4.

Quality

Control

- Ensure all construction and repair work meets quality standards

- Check materials used and workmanship

5. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Handle external contractors for civil jobs

- Verify bills, quotations, and work completion reports

6. Compliance & Safety





- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety norms

- Maintain records related to civil works and approvals

7. Coordination

- Work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B; teams for maintenance needs

- Attend daily briefings and report ongoing work status

8. Cost Control

- Monitor expenses related to civil works

- Optimize material usage and reduce wastage

- Identify and repair cracks, leakages, seepage, and structural issues

- Ensure all civil-related areas are secure and well-maintained

- Candidates residing in Coimbatore locations will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
