1. AutoCAD Drafting

- Prepare and modify civil drawings, including layouts, foundation plans, structural details, sections, and elevations.

- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and revisions.

- Coordinate with civil engineers and site teams to incorporate drawing changes.

- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.

2.

Quantity

Surveying (QS)

- Prepare quantity take-offs for civil and structural works based on approved drawings.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material quantity statements, and cost estimates.

- Calculate quantities for excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.

- Prepare measurement sheets and assist with RA bills and subcontractor bills.

- Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements and approved BOQs.

- Monitor material consumption and identify quantity variations.





- Assist in rate analysis, cost comparison, and project cost control.

3. Site Coordination and Documentation

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, execution teams, and the billing department.

- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities wherever required.

- Prepare daily or periodic quantity reports and maintain project records.

- Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQs, and actual site conditions.

- Ensure drawings, measurements, and quantity calculations are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
