Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and passionate Commi I / Commi II – Chinese Cuisine to join our culinary team at Bawa Group of Hotels. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Chinese food preparation, kitchen operations, food safety standards, and the ability to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.

- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

- Handle Chinese cuisine sections, including noodles, fried rice, gravies, sauces, and starters.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

- Monitor food stock, maintain proper storage, and follow FIFO procedures.

- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.





- Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team members for smooth operations.

- Follow instructions from the Chef and maintain discipline in the kitchen.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen.

- Valuable knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.

- Understanding of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

Experience Required

- Commi I: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.

- Commi II: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
