What you will do -

Architecture and technical direction

- Own the target architecture across Vector, Creator Studio, Boostr and Journeybuilder, and how they share data, identity, content and AI services.
- Make the big calls personally: build versus buy, cloud and data platforms, model strategy, integration patterns. Write them down as architecture decision records.
- Run architecture reviews for significant features, integrations and refactors, and step into design sessions and code reviews yourself.

Hands-on delivery with the team

- Work side by side with the Director of Engineering and Senior Lead Developers on the hardest problems, from ingestion pipelines to multi-tenant design.
- Prototype and spike when speed matters, then hand off clean patterns the team can scale. • Own technical quality: testing, CI/CD, observability,



performance and incident response.

Raise the team to the next level

- Take our 20-person team from capable to exceptional on each product: clearer ownership, stronger standards, better tooling and faster, more predictable delivery.
- Mentor senior engineers and grow technical leaders, not just manage tasks.
- Shape hiring and team structure as we scale across backend, AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps, full-stack, mobile and QA.

Plans, roadmaps and documentation

- Turn product ambition into written technical plans: an executive-level roadmap anyone can follow, and build plans the team can execute, with resources, milestones and costs.
